What the tools on this site do with your answers

The Site Power Selector, the cost comparison and the runtime explainer run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere. When you continue from the selector to the project brief, your five selector answers are carried in the page address so you do not have to enter them twice. They describe the project and contain no contact details.

What a project brief contains

• Project information: the application, country and location, supply on site, load, timing and any technical detail you add.
• Contact details: your name, company, business email and, if you choose, a phone number.

You see a summary of the project information, and can download it, before you are asked for contact details.

What happens when you submit a brief

Your brief is sent over an encrypted connection to our enquiry handler, which runs on Cloudflare. It checks the brief and emails it to the inbox of the team that responds to enquiries. The handler does not keep a copy. Its logs record only whether a brief was accepted and its reference number, never what you wrote.

The brief page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the form. Turnstile runs in your browser and Cloudflare processes technical information about your device and connection to do so. It is not used for advertising.

We use your brief to respond to your enquiry. To assess and supply a project we share the brief, including your contact details, with the specialist supply partner who would carry out the technical assessment and provide the equipment. We ask for your agreement to that in the form. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not add you to marketing lists on the basis of an enquiry.

Who handles your information

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, the enquiry handler, email delivery and the Turnstile check.
• Proton AG: our email provider, which holds the inbox your brief is delivered to.
• The specialist supply partner named in your proposal, for the purposes described above.

These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States and Switzerland. We use providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for the information they process.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the project brief page.

Lawful basis

We process the information in a brief because you asked us to respond to an enquiry and to prepare a proposal, which is a step towards a possible contract, and because responding to business enquiries is in our legitimate interests.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry information only as long as we reasonably need it to handle your request, provide ongoing customer service, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to how it is used, or withdraw your agreement to it being shared with a supply partner. Email hello@maximumindustrialgroup.co.uk to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the way the site works changes. This version is dated 12 October 2026.
